因為RIR出不來，都以PERM方式再申請LC。有很多人都已經送出I-140及I-485。而
且目前RIR也批準了
If RIR can be approved, how about the former prevailing wage? Definitely, the RIR use the old prevailing wage instead of new one. So, I think this answer help me to answer you.
