XiaoBaiTu, please please help: Regarding AP and Visa Application

LG applied for AP at the end of the Oct., we received a letter from USCIS for more evidences, however, most of the evidences they required have been sent to them already (passport, I-94, I-20), they also need relationship certification, this confuses us. XiaoBaiTu, how do we deal with this situation? Send the same materials to them again?
On the other hand, LG is planning to apply for visa when he goes back to China at the beginning of this December, someone said that AP might be revoked if you do not get it before you leave from US, someone also mentioned that the embassy will refuse to issue visa since you have applied for the AP, XiaoBaiTu, will these two worse scenario happen at the same time?
