My perm was approved early this year. My attorney mistakenly added a two year experience requirement to the original job post. Somehow, my PERM was approved, but my I-140 petition got RFEed and USCIS asks for evidence of two years' experience that I am not able to provide.
My question now is: Can my university appeal the approved PERM and asks DOL to issue a new PERM (without the two year experience requirement)?
My attorney is not competent enough to handle this situation. Any help or suggestion is highly appreciated.
