Hi chuppie, many thanks for ur reply. I am wondering if I am already out of status since the new one was withdrawed and USCIS may not know I am still working for old employer.

Is this "H1" for the old or new employer? Or it is for your current employer(second transfer after the first transfer was withdrawed)?
