和公民結了婚可以馬上自由出入美國了嗎？

我朋友是學生簽證。她和未婚夫想二月份回國過年。因為她來美國７－８年了從沒回過國（原因很複雜），她擔心簽不回來。所以她和未婚夫（公民）想１２月份在city hall注冊結婚後再回國比較保險。她想知道和公民結婚後有“回美證”之類的東西可以讓她自由回美嗎？
