naturalization questions - Thanks

Checked online and the status is still "case received and pending". It also mentions that the case is in Texas Center currently.

Does it mean that I am in the name check process or something else? Could anybody tell me how the status usually changes with time?

Recently found that a local Chinese friend got his case approved and swore in 2 months. Lucky, lucky.
