I-485 Cover Letter Sample

我很少登陸，今天一查才知道有那麽多人給我留言要Cover Letter的Sample。我幹脆貼出來吧， 就不一一回複了。希望對大家有幫助。

有幾點要注意：
1， 地址應該會不同。我在CHICAGO，所有材料都一起寄到LOCAL OFFICE就行了。
2，如果是第一次遞材料，在COVER LETTER上注明ORIGINAL SUBMISSION。
3，我辦的是MARRIGE-BASED，各人情況不同，SUPPORTING DOCUMENT應有所不同。

o Copy of 2005 Federal Income Tax Return, Form W-2 and Form 1099 from your spouse’s full name
o Copy of employment offer letter from your full name
•I-693 Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status
•I-765 Application for Employment Authorization
o Copy of Form I-94 Departure Record (front and back)
o Copy of latest I-20 A-B
o Copy of last EDA - Optional Practical Training (front and back)
o 2 passport style photos of your full name
• Supporting documentation
o Copy of foreign certified birth certificate and English translations
