Urgent! PERM requirement

Please help me out. What's the requirement for PERM?
I just found out my lawyer filed my LC perm under EB3. I have a master degree. I always wanted to file under EB2.

Does Perm reuquire master degree if I don't have 5 years experience? What's the requirements?

If I only have Bachelor degree,can I file under Perm?

If Perm only applicable for master degree, then my lawyer was wrong for filing my LC under Perm for EB3. Because I have master degree, they should file under EB2.
