非常感謝,你說的I-140申請中工作性質分類屬於同一分類號的工作,這個範圍非常廣,那換起工作就容易多,比如生物醫學研究,19-1020 Biological Scientists下麵有
19-1021 Biochemists and Biophysicists
19-1022 Microbiologists
19-1023 Zoologists and Wildlife Biologists
19-1029 Biological Scientists, All Other
我是自己申請NIW,當時選擇的是最後19-1029,那意思是可以在19-1020這個大範圍內換,那就不存在具體領域問題.如果真是這樣,那可是大放心去找工作了.
