I am a college professor. My attorney mistakenly modified the original job post without notifying me and added a 2-year experience requirement. The PERM was approved early this year. However, for I-140, USCIS requests evidence of experience. Since I don't possess the experience, therefore, my case will be denied.
Now my question is, can the process start over, with the same employer and same position?
Thanks.
