Hi, xiao Beito,

I met need you suggestion about renewing my EAD.

My EAD has been expired after 04 OCt. 2006, becasue I missed the extending date. I hope to renew it right now. and What documents shoud I prepare for it. My status is H1B. But my I-140 has been aproved last year and I-485 has been ted last year before cutoff (my first EAD was applied by my Immigration lawyer, with the I-485 application).
