有4鍾簽證是可以在file I-485後, adjust status時仍然有效的: H1, H4, L1, L2.

你沒有用EAD和AP, 又沒有lost job, 現有的H1還沒過期的話,就是H1B 的status. 如果你總的H1B期限還沒滿, 完全可以apply for H1B extension.
