1。我和妻子到當地(Pheonix) police department 打 fingerprint 時， 是否要帶上blank FBI fingerprint from? 需要付多少錢？By check, money order or credit
card?

2。當我把我和妻子的指紋寄到下麵的地址時 我應該買一張 18 美元 的 money order 還是 36 美元 的money order ? 我們這樣做算一個request 還是兩個requests? (From other source: Each written request for production of an identification record must be accompanied by a fee of $18.00 in the form of a certified check or money order, payable to the Treasury of the United States.)

下麵是地址及要求：

Clark*****urg, West Virginia, U.S.A., 26306.

A CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER for U.S. $18 should be made payable to "Treasury of the United States".
