I have the same quetstion as tou posted, have you switched PD between 2 I-140?
I have EB-2 I-140 approved, and now my RIR just approved by BEC, my lawyer told me I can file EB-3 I-140. Then include both I-140 when filing I-485. I do not know if anybody have been successful with this.
