How to appeal unreasonable high wage ruling? Tks a lot.

My company attoney requested prevailing wage determination from Georgia DOL. They assigned me level 4. The job deions are pretty basic. Maybe the use of some professional terminology made them think this is a high-level job. We are expecting level 2 ruling. What can we do now? Talk to DOL, or request another one? Also, if my boss agree to use the level 4 wage to file my EB2 I-140, once the I-485 approved, if he refuses to pay the wage, what's the consequences? What might happen if he fire me after the I-485 approved? Thanks for your comments.
