I-485 Consulate Filing?

Spouse is working in US under H1B and got I-140 approved. I am working in Canada, has US B1/B2 multiple entry visa. Need I go to US under H4 and file I-485 together or can I file I-485 under consulate processing in Canada, which way is better or faster?
Thank you very much for the help and sorry can't type Chinese.
