EAD RFE：COLOR copy of photo ID

本人97年來美，2001年10月申請EB3 LCA。今年9月排期到。同時遞交I-485和I-765。10月初收到receipt，11月6號收到Fingerprint notice。昨天收到I-765 RFE（NSC 11月3日發出)：

Photo ID: The black and white photocopy you ted are not accepted for the identity document requirement because they do not clearly show the facial features of the applicant. It is recommended that you a COLOR photocopy slightly enlarged or the originals of the documents listed below.

A current photo identity document such as a passport, a driver's license or other type of photo ID. The identity document photocopy must clearly show the facial features of the applicant and the biographical information.

雖然申請EAD90天後，若未批準，有權得到臨時EAD。但信中指出RFE用時不在90天中。

個人認為，RFE原因有二。一是NSC 想拖時間。二是EAD所附照片與護照相片差別較大（十年了，能沒變化嗎？）。
在此提醒朋友們注意，申請EAD時，最好帶上駕照彩色複印件，避免類似麻煩。
