小白兔, 先後順序help， F1 to H4 and EAD

Hi, All

I am F1. Our I-485 is pending. I didn't apply for EAD. I have several questions. My F1 will expire in the end of Jan. 2007.

1。 必須先申請H4然後再申請EAD嗎？

2。 如果EAD 拿到，F1 轉H4還沒有批(但是已經交上去了)， 能夠工作嗎？

3. Is there promium processing for EAD application and F1 to H4 transfering?
