Just called USCIS

The respresentative was very nice.

My case I-485 (Based on NIW approval) is at EAC, priority date is 7/7/05. Recently, I checked my case status on the website of USCIS, it said "on November 1,2005, the fingerprint was received by USCIS...". When I checked the status by calling to USCIS, it said "the fingerprint review has been completed...".

I asked the representative if my background check is clear, she told me that it is clear, and just be patient and I will be there.

My question is: is it true that my background is clear? any comments will be appreciated.
