My PD is March 2005 in NIW category at TSC. I checked with my attorney that why I haven't got any updates from TSC. She told me that my case may be stuck in name check.
Then I asked her what we can do:
There is no way to expedite a name check. You can go online and read about this problem at www.uscis.gov. There are only 2 things to do a) wait, or b) sue them using a mandamus lawsuit. We don't do mandamus lawsuits anymore because they are expensive, alot of work, and our clients, (who had already waited a long time) did not want to pay for them.
Can anybody release the details how to sue USCIS individually without an attorney?
