According to USCIS website, approved EB2 number in the fiscal year 2003-2005 are 2353,1402,1478. And these number including everybody, not just Chinese.

I doubt that USCIS was doing this on purpose. They want slow down the immigration. This society will become more concertive in the future. They are afraid our forigners taking over their white collar jobs.
