請問H1B Transfer費用要多少，太貴了

新公司不管出錢，結果需要付錢，太多了：
1、申請費 190
2、美國工人培訓費 1500
3、假案調查費 500
4、加急費 1000

律師還要1500

加一塊是4690，大家辦都是這麽多嗎？太貴了，Transfer不起啊！！！
