Just In case my pending 485 get denied. My I -140 was approved last year, yet I still have to wait for the GC. My company filed I-129 for me and got approved for I-129 peptition for H1b, yet USCIS asks me to go back china to get H1b visa(I don't have visa at this point). I just need to want to go back home anyway.
