email from NSC

Wrote to NSC two days ago to ask if my and my spouse's name checks are clear, Got an email reply from them today saying:

"Applications are still under review. If all is in order, Service Center
hopes to make decisions on these cases before the end of the second
quarter of this fiscal year."

Does it mean my name check is clear? or is it just a general reply to everybody's inquiry?
