485 Filing Issue***HELP*** XIAOBAITU

Xiaobaitu:

Currently I am working in Company A. Company B sponsors me for PERM based PR. I am going to file 485 soon.

My question is:

1) At what time I should start working for Company B;

or

2) I can start working for Company B as soon as 485 is approved.

Also I want to know how long it takes for Consulate Processing in Canada and in China? 140 to be filed with Premium Service soon.
