關於Eb1b的Premium Process的RFE機率高是真的！！！

今天和我們公司律師談了。他說自從Eb1b推出了Premium Process以來，他file了兩個case，全部是RFE。我的case居然要求offer letter。一看就是用來buy some time。所以我在這裏以我血的教訓告訴大家千萬別走Premium Process。不知道，最後的通過率是否也比正常的case低？
