H1-B pending, can I leave US?

My Advanced Parole has been approved, buy my H1-B is still pending due to a recent change on my company. I am planning on have a trip to China recently. Could anybody here let me know if I will have any trouble return back to US since my H1-B is still pending. If so, what I can do? Thanks a lot!
