PERM approved (!) and a question to xiaobaitu and other experts

My PLC was approved after 4 months 3 weeks, just like many others. It was ted on 6/16/06 and approved on 11/9/06.

The question to xiaobaitu and other experts: my EB2 application has a determined prevailing salary, which is $78K. Do I have to show my 2006 salary to be $78K, or my pay level to be at $78K annual after 6/16/2006? If it's the former, would it be acceptable if my income of $78K is from W-2 plus 1099. Believe or not, I was on 1099 for the first half of 2006.
