傻傻地問一下，有了h1b後想申請綠卡，step by step的程序應該是怎樣

想知道基本的step by stey 的程序，就是：
1 什麽時候該提交什麽樣的申請，先申請什麽後申請什麽。
2 批準的時間大概要多長。
3 一定要通過律師才能申請嗎？
