xiaobaitu help: About H4 use EAD

My hu*****and ted 140 and 485 last september. I didn't apply for EAD at that time. I am F1 student now.

A company wants to offer me a job. And I want to apply for EAD, transfer my status to H4 (my hu*****and holds H1), and then use EAD to work.

I wonder if it is safe in case our I-140 and 485 was denied.
