Since you got approved, legally it means you have nothing to do with your ex-company. If CIS does not pay attention to this, you will be fine. But they always have ways to trace your employment history, e.g., looking at your W2 form, it shows that after you got transfered, you were still working for your ex-company...
Looks your new company is kinda lacking considerations.
