下星期一開始可以加急EB-1A,是不是真的阿？

USCIS is expanding premium processing service to include EB-1A Aliens with Extraordinary Ability petitions effective November 13, 2006.

看到兩個律師都那麽寫，但找不到官方信息，哪位大俠見過？

如果是真的，我是打算馬上加急。所以很想確定消息可靠性。
