effort to reduce I-485 backlog
Yesterday another plaintiff in the lawsuit got approved. He is a dentist. He recently was diagnosed brain cancer. What a story!!
Recently, several of plaintiffs in the I-485 Litigation got approved after the lawsuit started. Strongly suspect the timing.
