請問灣曲哪裏有NOTARY SERVICE?

想邀請父母來美探親, 以前住東部時都是去City Hall做Notary service for I-134 (Affidavit of Support). 剛剛打電話給Sunnyvale City Hall, 回答說他們說不幹這事兒, 讓我去POST OFFICE 或 UPS. 請問大家, 去POST OFFICE 或 UPS 能給做notary service嗎? 你們是去哪裏給I-134 做公證的呢?
