I think you are right.
When I get new visa and come back from Chin with new I-94, I need mail new I-94 to INS , instead of old I-94 number on I-485, Do I ?
Because when I mail all documents I-140 and I-485 , I wrote old I-94 number on 485. Do I need change that number ?
