Saturday is Vetrans Day, it is one of Federal Holiday.
whenever Holiday fall into Saturday, Friday will be off.
Holiday falls into SUnday, Monday will be off.

DOS is a federal government, so they will be off on Friday...

most companies are not off on Veteran's day.
