140 NIW and 485 in Sept 05 to VSC, transferred to NSC in May 06 and got reference. responses for additional evidence in Aug and no update since then.
I called them after the 60 days' timeline and got reponses that there is an additional 30 day cushion there. Ask me to wait until Nov 22, which is totally nonsenses to me.
It seems that most people got responses soon after additional references and most cases with the similar PD have been approved, is there anything wrong with my case? What can I do now?
