Why is my wife's I-485pending

My I-485 has been approved one month ago and have already received Plastic Card recently.But my wife's I-485 is still pending. We did the second fingerprint recently at same time but why we didn't get I-485 approved at same time. Does anybody have same situation? I was worrying what's going on for my wife's case. Thank you for your comments.
