請問諸位大俠， EAD 如果申請了，沒有用算不算 out of status

我太太 02 年 f1, 申請 ead , 經濟很差,沒找到工作.
快過期的時候轉成 h4.
現在辦綠卡, USCIS 說她這段時間快一年 out of status 要據.

怎麽辦？謝謝
