a question for xiaobaitu, thanx a million!!!

i applied for green card in 2004. 140 and 485 was rejected in july 2005.

reted 140 and a new 485 oct 2005, approved dec 2005.

my old 485 (the rejected one)was updated on 10/28/06

"On July , 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

what does it mean?
why it is old 485?
will this affect my new 485 which is not updated.
should i file i 90 if this means a pproval?
should i go to local office to get permanent residency stamp for travel?
can i apply for advanced paroel and ead now?
