If I change the lawyer, normally will the attorney ask for signing a contract with the company or myself? If so, it will also take time to build relationship between the attorney and employer. Another issue is that I have no idea about oncoming attorney if he/she will be better than my current one. Not sure if most law firms are same. Honestly, I do not want to change the attorney. However, to spend one month and half to file 485 seems too long. Do you think is there anything my current attorney will do to make trouble/problem to my case? Just do not feel very well by dealing with current attorney. Really don't understand why the attorney does not think about the client's standpoint.
