485 approved at VSC EB-1OR

My PD is July 29, 2005.
140 approved on Dec. 16, 2005
got several LUDs on January, March, 7/11/06, 8/7/06
and finally approved on Oct.26, 2006.

Only send in one status inquiry on September 2006.

It has been a very very long way to this day. Starting application back in 2002, met a very bad attorney, case was delayed for almost 1.5 years, and we started to do it ourselves, since did not do a very good research, applied EB-1EA, 140 denied after almost 1 year waiting.

So start right away with Eb-1OR, thanks to GOD! This time worked.

Hope my experience could give everyone who is still waiting some encouragements.
