回複：申請H1B需等H4 approved?

1. I think you can start H1 application now, no need to wait you previous H4 approved. I don't think you should cancel your previous H4, just wait until it is approved.

2. Even your H4 has not been approved yet, I think you are considered to have H4 status now. So when you file you new H1 application, you have to wait your new H1 approved before you start your new job.
