急問: I129 question

I am filing H1B transfer application. What answer should I choose for I-129, page2,part 4, question 4 "are applicants for replacement/initial I-94s being filed with this petition?" ?
Am I supposed to get a new I94 for new company if H1B transfer application got approved?
