unmarried adult child can use the old 2B priority date if transferred to first pref. But if married before parent's final oral date (about one to two years after N-400 submission, so it'll be in 2006 or 2007) the old 2B becomes invalid. 3rd preference wait will only START counting after one US citizen parent file I-130 for you. But 1st pref can be transferred from 2B filed by then-PR parent. (3rd cannot be transferred dirrectly from 2B because by definition of 3rd eligibility, it must have happened after 2B cancellation. 3rd can only be transferred from 1st.
So the sequesnce, 2B-->1st-->3rd, if married AFTER parent's oral date.
