no FP notice after 3 month I485s filling!!!

Hi your opinion please,
my case: EB1-b, I485s RD 07/2006 in TSC, no FPnotice yet
Got an email from USCIS saying 'Applications under review. Service Center will advise you re biometrics processing in due course."

Am I stuck in wherever ..? thanks a bunch,
