I suggest the GC application via EB3 first then EB1---for new co

EB3 has not limit and salary is low enough for every employer. So you can do it right after you arrive US. But the purpose of EB3 is for early PD not really waiting for the long process.

After 2 years at most, do EB1b since it does not need high salary. the only thing you need to do, is reference letters from different countries. No matter who writes the letter, INS admitted.

Now you have early PD and EB1 is the fast track for 485. You can get GC in 6 months.
