does timing for applying green card affect spouse’s H4 visa?

I am currently holding a H1B visa, my employer agrees to support my green card application now. But I am about to get married next year. I just wonder if I start filing green

card application, will it affect my future wife’s H1B visa approval. A friend of mine told me if I applied green card now, she is very likely to be denied entry into US because of

immigration tendency. If you have any thought or experience regarding this issue and you can shared with me, I am grateful to your help.
