Sorry, I cannot find the answer through the INS file. Please help.

我先生今年簽A公司h1-B回美國， 現在B公司工作， 剛拿到B公司h1-B tranfer.請問年底他如果用AP回國對他現有的B公司h1-B status 有無影響。多謝大家了。
