Thanks for the reply.
I finally got to speak to someone, i was told that they havn't got any result back on my background check yet. And I was advised to write the local CIS office (El monte, where I had the interview at) for status update after 6 months from the interview date.
Is there anything I can do to experdite the process? Would it make a difference if I go to the local office to inquire? Which local office shall I go, downtown LA or El monte?
